Ukraine celebrates Defender’s Day with awards for families of fallen soldiers

Ukraine celebrated Defender’s Day, during which families of the fallen were awarded medals. In the Kostiopil community, 55 families received posthumous awards and city council acknowledgments. Memorial events were also held to honor servicemen defending the country.
