A working group will be formed at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to analyse leasing payments to non-residents. This initiative comes from the Tax Committee of the Public Council, aiming to prepare a draft tax code. Meanwhile, the Bureau of Economic Security confirmed four investigations related to aircraft leasing but did not clarify its classification as royalties, citing confidentiality of the investigation.
