Ukraine has launched an operation named 'Evasion' aimed at identifying individuals avoiding military conscription. The operation is conducted by the Internal Security Directorate of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in collaboration with other law enforcement agencies and includes various initiatives to detect organisers of evasion schemes.
