Ukrenergo begins debt management for $825 million bonds

The National Energy Company Ukrenergo has initiated a debt management operation for $825 million in green bonds issued in 2021. Funds from the restructuring will be used to rebuild substations, according to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
