Russia plans operations in Ukraine, including Kyiv and Chernihiv

Ukrainian military sources report that Russia is developing operational plans towards Kyiv and Chernihiv. However, according to Pavlo Palisa, deputy head of the President's Office, no Russian strike group is currently forming in these directions, and the Ukrainian General Staff has prepared measures for defence.
