Pension gap between women and men in Ukraine

As of January 1, 2026, the average pension for women in Ukraine is approximately 5,500 UAH, which is 1,000 UAH less than the average for men at 7,500 UAH. To address this issue, a guaranteed minimum pension level is proposed, aiming to increase it to 10,000 UAH by 2029.
