Ukrainian government files lawsuit to dissolve Rovenky diocese of the Orthodox Church

The State Service of Ukraine for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience has filed a lawsuit with the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal seeking to dissolve the Rovenky diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate). The lawsuit also requests the transfer of the diocese's assets, funds, and other properties to the state, excluding religious property.
