Ukraine prepares specialists for Crimea's recovery after de-occupation

Ukraine is preparing specialists for the restoration of administrative governance in Crimea following its de-occupation. It is estimated that around 50,000 specially trained managers will be needed, who are currently studying in a master's program at Kharkiv National University named after Karazin.
