Prosecutors from the Office of the Prosecutor General have submitted an indictment against a former serviceman who demanded 10% of the payments due to the family of a deceased soldier. The man sought to obtain 500,000 UAH in illegal benefits, knowing the family was entitled to a one-time financial assistance payment.
