15 серпня 2026 року Сили оборони України завдали удару по ракетно-космічному центру "Прогрес" у Самарі, Росія. У результаті атаки було вражено виробничий цех збирання двигунів для ракет-носіїв типу "Союз" та зафіксовано масштабну пожежу площею близько 5 тисяч квадратних метрів.
