Cabinet proposes bill for forced termination of public formations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine registered bill No. 15587, allowing the police and the State Border Guard Service to apply to the court for the forced termination of public formations in cases of inactivity or legal violations. Public formations must align their founding documents with the new requirements within six months.
