Former Russian military officer heads Russian Orthodox Church diocese in occupied Kherson region

The Russian Orthodox Church has appointed a new bishop for the Skadovsk diocese, located in the occupied left bank of the Kherson region. The new bishop, Archimandrite Joseph, is a former Russian military officer.
