Phantoms return to the roads of Kyiv and the region

On September 1, vehicles known as 'Phantoms' began operating in Kyiv and the Kyiv region to monitor traffic violations. In their first day of operation, they issued 1,799 tickets for violations. Drivers are advised to be more cautious on the roads.
