The Supreme Court of Ukraine ruled that the one-time financial assistance of 15 million UAH will be paid to the wife of the deceased serviceman. The court stated that the daughter of the deceased, who was not dependent on him, is not entitled to this assistance, and death from heart failure does not guarantee automatic payment. The brother of the deceased also did not receive assistance despite attempts to prove cohabitation.
