Pashinyan meets Putin for the first time after re-election

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the SCO summit in Bishkek. This was Pashinyan's first meeting with Putin since his appointment in June. Pashinyan also announced plans to apply for EU membership.
