Lifecell shuts down 3G network to enhance 4G services in Ukraine
Starting September 3, 2026, mobile operator lifecell will discontinue its 3G network in hundreds of settlements across 17 regions of Ukraine. This decision aims to reallocate frequencies to 4G, improving mobile internet speed and connection quality during peak loads.
