The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine published data on 17 Russian scientists and developers involved in military research. They work in Russian institutions and collaborate with the Russian military-industrial complex. The GUR calls on the international community to block Russian science, which it claims directly supports the war.
