The Ministry of Health of Ukraine is introducing new rules for hospitals that impose stricter control over the use of computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Hospitals are required to ensure that tomographs are utilized at a minimum of 80% capacity and are prohibited from requiring patients to purchase medical products independently, with penalties for violations.
