Scheme of fictitious employment of conscripts uncovered in Kherson region

A scheme of illegal conscription booking has been uncovered in the Kherson region, resulting in over 1 million UAH in budget losses. Charges have been brought against a former head of a village military administration and two heads of communal enterprises who fictitiously employed 11 individuals.
