Communication in HOA chats must be in Ukrainian

Elizaveta Sachura, a representative of the Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language, stated that communication in household chats should be conducted exclusively in Ukrainian. Sanctions, including fines, are imposed for using the Russian language in such chats.
