Roman Plehanov has been appointed as the new head of the Dnistrovskyi District Military Administration. He has over 10 years of experience in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and 20 years in law enforcement, most recently leading the 'Vola' consolidated brigade. Plehanov has been officially introduced to his new role, where he will undertake various tasks, including winter preparations and supporting local businesses.
