Effective state and rule of law
The High Anti-Corruption Court partially satisfied the prosecutor's claim, recognizing part of the asset registered to the mother-in-law of former Minister of Agrarian Policy Vitaliy Koval as unjustified. The court seized 4.35 million UAH in state revenue for 53.15% of an apartment in an elite residential complex in Kyiv.
