A free training course for electricians and electrical engineers has been launched in Chernihiv. The initiative is implemented by the humanitarian organization PWН Japan and the Chernihiv Railway Transport Vocational College with financial support from the Belgian agency Enable. The program aims to address the staffing shortage in critical infrastructure.
