Supreme Court: Change of lawyer's email does not justify missing appeal deadline

The Supreme Court of Ukraine ruled that a change in a lawyer's email address does not constitute grounds for restoring the appeal deadline. The court stated that sending a ruling to the lawyer's email is considered the start of the appeal period.
