Ukraine proposes changes to rental rules for IDPs

The Ukrainian Parliament is considering two draft laws related to housing rental for internally displaced persons (IDPs). The first draft law allows renting houses for 1 hryvnia, while the second proposes transferring buildings where IDPs have lived for three years to communal ownership.
