Drug dealer arrested in Kyiv for mailing amphetamines

Kyiv police arrested a 39-year-old man who was distributing amphetamines and Alpha-PVP through postal services across Ukraine. During a search, several packets of psychoactive substances were found on him, along with additional supplies at his residence.
