Ministry of Digital Transformation supports changes to Land Code for foreign investments

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has expressed support for legislative changes that would allow Ukrainian companies with foreign investments to purchase non-agricultural land plots. This decision follows a request from the Telecommunications Operators Association TELA, which called for the elimination of legal uncertainty in the application of the Land Code.
