Regulator refuses to reconsider fine for "Radio Nikopol" for the second time

The National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting has again declined to include the reconsideration of a fine for "Radio Nikopol" on its agenda. The decision was made during a meeting on September 3, where Deputy Head Oleg Chernysh proposed to review the fine.
