Volodymyr Lupatsiy, co-founder of the National Platform for Resilience and Cohesion, emphasized the need for changes in information policy concerning temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. He highlighted the importance of coordination between the state and civil society and proposed the establishment of a unified coordination center for working with these territories.
