A man in Volyn is to be tried for importing cars under the guise of humanitarian aid for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which were actually sold to civilians. Law enforcement documented the import of over 100 vehicles, some of which were sold. The indictment concerns one participant in the scheme, while other materials have been separated into a separate proceeding.
