The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a bill that strengthens criminal liability for violations of environmental protection and waste management requirements. The bill proposes to introduce a new article in the Criminal Code and amend the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, which includes fines for officials and entrepreneurs.
