Ukraine tests Starlink Direct to Cell for 4G subscribers

Ukraine has become the first country in Europe to provide access to testing the Starlink Direct to Cell technology for all its 4G subscribers. The technology, implemented by Kyivstar, complements the terrestrial mobile network in areas where it is unavailable or damaged.
