The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the shutdown of two oil refineries in Russia. These are the "LUKOIL-Nizhny Novgorod Refinery" in Kstovo and the "NOVATEK-Ust-Luga" complex in the Leningrad region, which were hit in attacks on August 26 and September 1, respectively.
