US tests new tethered drone system for the army

The US Army has completed testing of tethered unmanned systems (Te-UAS) mounted on light infantry vehicles, Infantry Squad Vehicle-Utility (ISV-U). The drones are connected to a ground station via a cable, providing power and data transmission, reducing reliance on radio channels.
