The Constitutional Court of Ukraine has continued to review the complaint of lawyer Oksana Bukhtoiarova, a member of the Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of the Zakarpattia region, regarding her recognition as a subject of declaration. The petition for constitutional review was registered on May 8, 2023, and the case has been under consideration for over three years.
