In Kharkiv, police charged ten individuals in a case involving the embezzlement of over 4.1 million UAH from the budget. Among the suspects are five officials from a municipal enterprise and five fictitious employees who were hired but did not perform any duties. The scheme operated from August 2022 to May 2026.
