On September 1, Russian forces attacked a convoy of four civilian vehicles near occupied Oleshky, which were delivering food and intended to evacuate people. The first vehicle hit a tripwire, and as the convoy turned around, it was attacked by drones. Occupiers blamed Ukraine for the attack and claimed a loss of 10 tons of humanitarian aid, although a volunteer considers this figure unrealistic.
