In Kryvyi Rih, an adult man attacked a 13-year-old boy who was riding an electric scooter. The attacker struck the child, forced him to kneel, and threatened him, after which the boy used a stun gun and fled. Later, when he returned for the scooter, he faced further aggression from adults.
