The Nordic-Baltic Eight (NB8) countries plan to attract additional financial, material, and technical support for Ukraine's energy sector ahead of the winter of 2026/2027. This was announced by Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal following a meeting of energy ministers in Tallinn.
