As of early September 2026, Ukraine has connected 642.4 MW of distributed gas generation to the grid as part of resilience plans. Of this capacity, 491 MW is already in operation, with the most new capacities being developed in Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions, as well as in Kyiv.
