Russian media have launched a new wave of disinformation, spreading unverified stories about alleged atrocities committed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbas. The Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine reported that these materials are based on testimonies from so-called 'eyewitnesses' but lack independent verification.
