Wounded soldier in Cherkasy region receives ID card passport

A 34-year-old serviceman, Rusmat, received a Ukrainian ID card passport at the migration service in Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi. He was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the beginning of 2026 and sustained an injury that resulted in the loss of a lower limb. Currently, he is undergoing rehabilitation and applied for the document during this period.
