Starting from November 30, 2026, Kazakhstan will require Russian citizens entering by car to obtain a paid electronic permit called QazETA. The permit will cost from €7.3, and failure to present it may result in deportation. Applications must be submitted at least 72 hours before travel, and the permit will be valid for 180 days.
