Reporting requirements for Ukrainian businesses with foreign bank accounts

Since 2019, Ukrainian companies can open accounts in foreign banks without obtaining individual licenses from the National Bank of Ukraine. The Law of Ukraine on Currency and Currency Operations abolished this requirement, but businesses must comply with certain reporting conditions.
