Oleksandr Dmukhovskyi appointed commander of small air defense forces

Colonel Oleksandr Dmukhovskyi has been appointed commander of the direct air defense forces, known as small air defense. This decision was announced on September 5 by the spokesperson of the Air Forces of Ukraine, Yurii Ihnat.
