Unique surgery: doctors remove shell fragment from marine's heart

Ukrainian doctors at the Ministry of Health's Heart Institute performed a surgery to remove a Russian shell fragment from the heart of 38-year-old marine Dmytro Cherepovskyi. The operation was the seventh for the serviceman, who sustained a blast injury during combat.
