Partisans from the 'ATESH' movement destroyed a communication tower near the Russian city of Perm ahead of a strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the 'Lukoil-Permneftorgsintez' oil refinery. This led to a disruption in data transmission between the refinery's security and military units.
