In Ukraine, the legality of summons to the military medical commission (VLC) for individuals with deferment is being discussed. It is noted that deferment does not always exempt individuals from medical examinations, and there are specific grounds for mandatory medical commissions. Individuals with permanent disabilities also have the right to deferment, but this does not exclude them from military registration.
