Former head of Ukrenergo Oleksiy Kudrytskyi stated that Ukraine is unable to fully utilize electricity imports from the European Union due to artificial price restrictions in the domestic market. This results in situations where, even during massive power outages, the country cannot access the entire available electricity supply from the EU.
