Government postpones part of budget expenditures to the end of the year

The Ukrainian government decided to defer most of the unprotected state budget expenditures to December due to delays in international financing. Danilo Hetmantsev, head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy, stated that the budget cannot finance all planned expenditures on schedule.
